Damaged or defective: photograph it, email joshofisrael@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery. We work the claim. If it cannot be replaced, we refund.

Changed your mind: furniture return freight is expensive. Preference returns are case-by-case and may include restocking plus return shipping.

If we cannot fulfill after you pay, that is a full refund. No restocking, no argument.
