Joshua Israel Ventures LLC owns and operates lastcallfurnishings.com and the Last Call Furnishings brand, and is the data controller for the personal information described here. Contact: joshuaofisrael@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Checkout. Payments are taken on Stripe's secure checkout. We receive your name, email, shipping address, and order details so we can fulfill your order. Card details are entered on Stripe and handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the data Stripe processes.
• Contact form. Our contact form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your name, email, and message to our inbox. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email.
• Analytics and hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies to track you. Cloudflare also processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use this information to process and deliver orders, handle refunds, returns, and damage claims, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and keep the business and tax records the law requires.

Who we share it with

To fulfill an order, we share your name, shipping address, and the contact details needed for delivery with the supplier that ships your piece and with the delivery carrier. We also rely on the service providers named above (Stripe, FormSubmit, Cloudflare) and our email provider. We do not sell or rent your information, and this site has no advertising networks, ad tracking cookies, or affiliate tracking.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for fulfillment, refunds, accounting, tax, and legal purposes. We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing joshuaofisrael@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some order records must be kept by law, and we will tell you if that applies.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. See also our Terms and Disclaimer.

Governing law

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about it will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
