Terms of Use and Sale

These terms cover your use of lastcallfurnishings.com and any purchase you make here. Joshua Israel Ventures LLC is the seller and the contracting party for every order. Last Call Furnishings is a brand owned and operated by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC; it is not a separate company. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Joshua Israel Ventures LLC.

Products and prices

Names, photos, and specifications describe the goods. Photos are representative, and natural wood grain, color, and finish can vary. We are not an authorized dealer of any brand. Prices are in US dollars and are the prices listed on each product page at checkout; shipping to the lower 48 states and DC is included unless a product page says otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. If a listing has an obvious price or description error, or the piece is no longer available, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery

After you pay, we place the order and arrange delivery to your US address. Boxed pieces ship to the lower 48 states and DC only; if you check out with an Alaska, Hawaii, or territory address, we refund you in full. Each product page lists its own delivery timing, and the Shipping page explains how freight and parcel delivery work. If we cannot ship within the listed window, we email you and you can cancel for a full refund. Title and risk pass to you when the carrier has the goods; this does not limit the damage claim process on our Returns page.

Refunds and returns

If we cannot fulfill your order after you pay, you get a full refund. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, photograph it and email us within 3 days of delivery; we work the claim and replace or refund. Change of mind returns are case by case and may include return freight and restocking costs, so please ask before you ship anything back. Full details are on the Returns page.

General information only

Our guides, size tables, calculators, and product notes are general information for shoppers. They are not professional, interior design, structural, electrical, or safety installation advice. Always measure your own space and doorways, follow the manufacturer's assembly and safety instructions, check weight ratings, and anchor tip over prone furniture such as dressers, cabinets, bookcases, and TV stands to the wall with anti tip hardware. Ask a qualified professional when a job calls for one.

To the extent the law allows, the content of this website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind about the website content, including its accuracy or completeness. This disclaimer covers website content only. It does not reduce our refund and return promises in these terms or on the Returns page, any manufacturer warranty that comes with a product, or any consumer rights you have by law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joshua Israel Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any product, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Children's sleep products

We do not sell cribs, toddler beds, bunk beds, or other children's sleep products.

Brand and content ownership

The Last Call Furnishings name and the content of this website are owned by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. Other product and brand names belong to their owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida. If something is wrong, please email us first so we can try to fix it.
