Shipping
Furniture ships freight after you pay. Typical delivery is 2 to 4 weeks (about 1 week for some smaller parcels, up to 6 weeks if there is a delay). We do not ship in 3 to 5 days.
Most large items are threshold / first dry area. Someone must be home to receive freight. We cannot store the piece. For recliners, measure the path and wall clearance before delivery day — how to measure for a recliner.
If we cannot ship in the stated time we email you before it runs out with a revised date, and you can cancel for a full refund (details in delays and refunds below). Sold by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC.

Boxed pieces in the shop (most beds, seating, dressers, dining, storage, and TV stands): shipping is included in the price and they ship to the lower 48 states and DC only. Usually 1 to 3 weeks after payment, delivered boxed to your door or curb. If you check out with an Alaska, Hawaii, or territory address, we refund you in full. Each product page lists its own timing. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; for holidays, order early.
Shipping delays, cancellations and refunds
These terms follow the US Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).
- Shipping time. We only take an order when we have a reasonable basis to expect to ship it within the time stated on this page or the product page. Where no time is stated, we expect to ship within 30 days of receiving your paid order. Delivery times on this site are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, including for holidays.
- If there is a delay. If we learn we cannot ship in the stated time, we email you before that time runs out. The email gives a revised shipping date (or tells you we cannot estimate the delay, and why) and gives you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
- Short delays. If the revised date is 30 days or less past the original time and you do not cancel before we ship, we treat that as agreeing to the delay. You can still cancel any time before the order ships.
- Longer or open ended delays. If the revised date is more than 30 days past the original time, or we cannot give a date, your order is cancelled and refunded unless you tell us you agree to wait, or we ship within 30 days of the original time and you have not cancelled. If you agree to an open ended delay, you can still cancel any time before it ships.
- If the revised date also slips. We email you again before it passes with a new choice. Unless you tell us you agree to the further delay, the order is cancelled and refunded.
- Refunds. When an order is cancelled for any of these reasons, or we cannot fill it, we refund the full amount paid. For card payments we send the refund to your card within 7 working days. Your card issuer may take longer to post it to your statement.

- How long does furniture freight take?

- Is delivery porch-only?
- Most large items are threshold / first dry area. Someone should be home. You move cartons inside and assemble.
- What if stock disappears after I pay?
- Full refund. Clearance finds move; we do not keep payment we cannot fulfill. Returns policy.
